With 10% of the rooms open the hotels don't need many maids, front desk people, valets (likely closed anyway), waiters, bartenders, visual display people etc.

Maybe you can find a tenant but the more likely scenario is the unit has a long vacancy and I say this with my rentals in a location that has a vacancy rate of below 4% and it has been years since I have not found a qualified tenant in the first open house for one of our vacancies.I wish everyone the best and hope that everyone displays compassion.
