The % discount at the commercial desk will vary a lot based on the product... no so great for lumber, but a BIG discount for metal roofing.

Ultimately, I didn't accept either of the applicants (just because the first to apply met all of my criteria).

Although a metal building similar to Self-Storage in concept, totally different customer base. 25 by 45-foot bays, with 14 foot roll up door and a walk thru door, with light electric.  

And to think they let us play on those spinning metal merry go rounds..

This may or may not be a solution but I definitely would check it out as I personally have seen the worst of cars get smoke puke and other bodily fluids completly out of the car for good!

"Oh, you want an arc-welder in your living room to create your metal sculptures, why sure........I will be happy to  track down all of the permits and insurance that you need to do that." 

Yes, I have met the PM a couple of times and yes, I know the properties and have met all of the current tenants.

If anyone is thinking of a metal roof, consider the style and neighborhood, it can easily be out of place.
