It looks like the pump is connected to an ABS (plastic) drain pipe going into the ground and that like should not be clogging, at all, if the pump is working properly.Every plumbing system with a pump needs a high number of clean-outs to access the pipe so you can clean the pipes with the proper equipment.

@Logan M.Depending on your scale of units and issues I would say buy a drain auger 1st if you don’t have one and that seems to fix a mass majority of our issues roots, grease, dipers, ect Now you or a tech would need to learn to use the Machine, they can be dangerous but for us maybe about 2-5 % warrant needing a cam for deeper investigation.

There are many players in the market, one of my preference is Prypco Blocks, below are few reasons to trust:- It is founded by Amira Sajwani (Managing Director - Sales and Development, DAMAC Properties)- They're regulated by the DFSA, which adds a layer of legitimacy.- They offer a digital platform to track your investments easily.- They claim an 8-12% expected net annual ROI, which sounds promising. But it's always better to do your research and understand the risks and be sure before investing any money.
