@Kim Durst Actually, as long as the cash out of pocket as opposed to it being baked in the price is not a problem….I would Much prefer to take the price reduction and fix it myself.

John Erickson The reason HostAway doesn’t show pricing is because it’s flat rates per listing and gets lower depending on how many properties you add on.

Between the market rate of the services I offer and at least several months of holding costs I can eliminate, I know that I can bake some legitimate value to a deal however I have no direct experience packaging that value way that could help secure financing.And that’s essentially where my research is currently focused!

I'm assuming you are hiring a builder which is why I put that in the price. if you are general contracting it yourself you could hire an owners rep for maybe a flat 20k and drive the cost down by 50k and get it just to a lucky two bedroom, 1 bath per side.
