I have purchased the home since we last spoke and would like to hear sound advice from an investor like yourself on the next steps in building a junior ADU, local contact poeple(architects, engineers,etc) How do we go about connecting on this platform?

Looking to get some recommendations for architects and builders I can start building relationships with in regards to new residential developments.

This is just a company implementing somewhat of a “turn key” ADU deal for homeowners, anybody could simply hire their own architect, GC, and agent to rent out the unit and accomplish the same thing for likely less money and not be stuck with section 8 tenants.

@Marc Possoff, Zoning attorneys are a great resource, however it sounds like you are looking for a property feasibility report which would be prepared by an Architect.

Once you own the property and plan to occupy it, make renovations, you can hire an architect who works the area, also does expediting to do a walk through.
