From what I am understanding the tenants are ALL caught up but have been late and you are speculating on what your phone call will be, and speculating about evicting.

However, I'd still love to hop on a phone call and see what you had to offer.

Finding phone numbers / getting responses is tough.

It's an extra few seconds and not critical Bu the way, we install these systems and can certainly install an AI phone or similar but IMHO, for a smaller building this is cheaper and effective.

Do not use your personal phone number, you will be getting calls from crazies and randos for the next 8 years.

I own units like this and I'm cash flowing on them now.Yes, I get phone calls all day long.

He tells me on the phone that he's originally from Poland but all the time, he sounds like he's from the middle east. 

Our most recent Audit ran from Mar-May this year & required weekly 2-3hr phone calls.

It's weird to me that I see here certain PM praised like crazy, but their properties sit vacant for a long time because no one calls back or answers the phone.
