Just be aware that the L train which services some areas will be unavailable for at least 1 to 2 years; so may be try to find properties closer to other train lines like the G,J,Z, etc..

@Sharlene BurchI think it’s super cool, courageous and inspiring when I read a post like this and then read responses from the people who weren’t afraid to take the dive at age x,y or z.

I love door knocking and I feel my personality will always get me a deal but it’s the steps from A-Z that I got lost in.

Most people will not.With a licenced professional if I ask him to do X and it requires Y and Z to be legal and he does not point that out as soon as he knows it I wouldn't let him bid anymore.But like I said, I have no idea what conversations took place between the two of you, and it seems best to iron this out with him by asking him about it vs focusing on the price (which is best to get bids for).Good Luck!
