I've found that the first part (all I've read) is just one long motivational speech.

In simple speech:1.

Do you think the pope prays for the ability to go out and knock em dead before one of his speeches or masses?

Just make sure you are hitting the truss.

They have a right to free speech but if you are new I would highly recommend that you qualify people before you follow their advice.

I need to get a better, quicker elevator speech prepared because the question comes up fairly frequently.

After several months we figured if we couldn't find people like us to be out tenants we would get out of the landlording business and stick with rehabs.First thing we changed was the speech we gave when they were filling out the rental application and what they could expect from us if they weren't honorable people.

And don't give them them speech about how it will be worth double or triple or 4x as much in X years.

I'm arguing that the speech is great, not sure what you're arguing though.
