I’m not sure what synergies exist other than single internet payment for both units and not needing a second person to turn over units, but just a thought.

I have a passion for Latin American culture and love to speak Spanish and visit Central / South America.

There are a plethora of renters in the area and if you hire a property manager I'd recommend finding one that speaks Spanish as well.

The website looked legit but there was language barrier because I could barely understand him in either spanish or nigerian thick accent during very brief conversations. 

With what you mentioned about telecom, there could be some synergies there.
