Happens here all the time and it has always puzzled me, too.

It's a twisted 3-d puzzle of numbers, you can lose money on paper but have a always growing pile of cash in the bank.

I am really puzzled.

That other stuff (light and bath fan)doesn't need to be protected.I'm puzzled as to why anyone would put a GFCI in a living room.

Maybe longer the first time as you puzzle through the terminology.

My former wife used to teach elementary school located next to the Santa Ana River and cranes would occasionally grab them in their beaks and some of the catch would land in the school yard, only to be discovered by kindergarten kids with puzzled looks on their faces.

It does make a difference where the property sits compared to the overall site of a project.How bad the developer needs the parcel relative to the success of the overall project will tell how much value they put on it.When I did assemblage parcels were like pieces of a puzzle.

If we collectively had worked harder over the last fifty years to not just make an architect a required piece of the puzzle but actually worked to make it a desirable element of the project team, things would be quite different for architects.
