Not completed yet, but we will be replacing windows, and doing a small interior remodel to add a second bedroom What was the outcome?

I sign up for this all in 2019 for this is the first time I’ve logged in.I bought a place in 2018, remodeled and sold in 2022 and chased my dream of 20 years of moving to Jackson Wy however investing here in not an option since I’m not a billionaire sooooo I am planning my next moves and looking to invest.I have roughly $30K (potentially $50K) to invest in a flex and flip as I’m not sure I could do the landlord thing.I have been looking in places I would like to actually live which is eastern Oregon, North central/East Tennessee, Rapid City or Naples-Clearwater Florida areas.Any help or ideas would be awesome!

We got a thumb in the air quote for the remodel at 150k.    

Analyze market circumstances, project remodeling costs, weigh risks and rewards, and do extensive due investigation on possible investment properties.

Was any/all remodel work done under a Permit?

If they are month to month, just tell them you are planning on remodeling the place and need it vacant.      

I am not going to do any immediate remodeling to it. 

If you’re just starting out Can you put down 20-30% and finance all the remodel so if you fail he doesn’t lose his shirt?

Set up money for a down payment, closing charges, remodeling expenditures, and continuing costs such as property taxes, insurance, and upkeep when you buy and renovate a home.

I am very conservative with purchase considerations and I feel that this would be a very low risk investment for a lender since there is no remodeling and the house will appraise for far above the price that I will pay for it.
