And dont get me started about his politics and religious views!

We have religiously listened to BP podcast and read several of their books over the years.

She will be in for a rude awakening when this will pass and her rent will be raised to the maximum possible every year until she will move out...

Had a great awakening with Robert Kiyosaki and the cash flow quadrant.

PA has closed some of the loopholes around it, you will be paying a transfer tax.According to the PA DOR web site:Some real estate transfers are exempt from realty transfer tax, including certain transfers among family members, to governmental units, between religious organizations, to shareholders or partners and to or from nonprofit industrial development agencies.

Basically, you probably only think you have a corporate veil to protect/separate your personal assets, but if you had a lawsuit it seems like you have a rude awakening. 

Makes it easy for politicians to cover doing nothing by blaming rich people.Worked great in pre-war Germany by blaming a certain religious group for the problems of the general population.Sad how it speaks to the average IQ of people.Since Ds own Congress and the Presidency, I'd think it'd be prime to shove stuff like that thru. 

It's really exciting after you've read everything Grant Cardone has ever written, but when the rubber meets the road, you can be in for a rude awakening.
