I have been presented with an opportunity to invest in a syndication that is buying a 151 unit apartment property known as Park Canyon Apartments, located at 1284 Park Canyon Dr, Dalton, GA 3072057.I am doing my own due diligence but would also like feedback from others in the local area as to what they think of the location, the property and prospects for continued growth in the area and for increasing rents.Specifically, I would appreciate your views on: Whether the neighborhood should be considered A class?

I focused in the Provo/Orem market but I know people who have rentals that they like in West Valley and Ogden.

I recently moved from Valley Village (Laurel Canyon and Magnolia) to Santa Clarita.

I can tell you that their program follows the now standard real estate mentorship model promulgated by a few seminar companies out of Las Vegas and Provo, Utah.  

I have gotten multiple quotes before and the difference in pricing and solutions to fix was as wide as the grand canyon.  

No I didn't buy anything near Medina, but I've been having alot of success by Spring Branch/ Canyon Lake.

Cost of entry is higher and not sure how that fits your situation.You might also consider joining into an investment pool.I believe rents are adjusting upward now (evidenced in statistics for Ada & Canyon) and rental inventory is below market needs.Back to sales prices of SFH in the Treasure Valley ...
