I have found most of the books suggested in lists online as PDF's or you can borrow from your local library as ebooks online (ask them how to do this).One more thing, (stepping onto soapbox):You don't say how old your kids are, but put them to work helping you if they are old enough.

I can't answer as to the PC video issue because I'm on my smartphone but it sounds like you may have malware on your computer.

I told the tenant that as long as I get that first email (that says they've paid), by the day the rent is due, then I consider the rent paid on time.If I was going to use Quicken or Quickbooks or similar software, I would buy the software, run it locally on my PC, and make backups often - including a backup of the installer file or CD. 

She is a show dog champion and before retiring, was a therapy dog visiting local nursing homes and participating children library reading programs.

It's nice to build up and display an actual collection or library too.
