I have found most of the books suggested in lists online as PDF's or you can borrow from your local library as ebooks online (ask them how to do this).One more thing, (stepping onto soapbox):You don't say how old your kids are, but put them to work helping you if they are old enough.

I told the tenant that as long as I get that first email (that says they've paid), by the day the rent is due, then I consider the rent paid on time.If I was going to use Quicken or Quickbooks or similar software, I would buy the software, run it locally on my PC, and make backups often - including a backup of the installer file or CD.
