Hi All,I recently sold a single family home in Orlando - Bought for $378k,  Financed $275k invested $100k, sold for $640k just over a year later.   

I am looking into investing in my first property in the Orlando area. 

Smoky Mountains Galveston, TX Alabama Gulf Coast Blue Ridge MountainsKissimmee (right outside of Orlando) Miami Henderson (right outside of Vegas) Nashville ScottsdaleThey all have their pros/cons, but these are the ones I'd recommend.

I funded another one in Orlando 60 lots and that developer flipped to Horton and paid me off.. thats how I see things happening for others I fund and for my own projects..

I am looking in the Orlando, NC beach areas and wanted to get some feedback from anyone that may have done this in the past or currently own some now.I look forward to anyone's feedback/responses.

I bought my first home and started house hacking about a year ago now and I'm ready to take the next step, however, I think if I am able, I would like to bypass increasing SFHs in my portfolio and move straight to Apartment Complexes of 6-12 units in the Greater Tampa Bay area or even Orlando/Miami.

If you have any recommendations for cleaning services from the Orlando/Kissimmee area, please feel free to share.

I don't know if this is entirely true so as a flipper and Realtor myself (Orlando, FL market), I did some research and this is what I came up with.
