I contacted an attorney in my area (Madison, WI area) to set up an LLC to better protect myself and my other assets, and he recommended checking with the mortgage broker and insurance before making the transfer (actually, before I even set it up) to the LLC in case they had issues.

To put my own spin on it:Huntsville - the growth of North Alabama (Huntsville and Madison) has really been significant. 

We have 2 young children, and my wife and i work full time, so we do NOT have much free time.in light of the above i've decided to pursue the purchase of an additional single or multi family home in the Madison Wi area with an eye to buy and hold, while slowly over time adding value to the property and increasing the cash flow.
