They may flag a giant fire hazard, but all they do is walk through the property, takes some pics and look at comps.Unless things are done way differently in Hawaii, why would the appraiser ever contact the local gov entity that would have to do an INSPECTION to produce any type of code violations?

Take the resources that would chase down/harass the individual and use it take down the real tax cheats: business, from small mom & pops to giant corporations.

You can also look at the history and see that the index consistently follows a pattern based on holidays with Christmas being the low every year.

People forget how rapidly the investment banking giants collapsed.

I have a couple of different stores open from back in high school that still bring in a few bucks here and there, especially around the holidays.

We're waiting on an opinion from the counsel and today was a bank holiday so I suspect they didn't work.

Understandable, Bienes Raices but you could always upload a photo from a distance or a nice nature photo :) Anything to keep me from staring that that mysterious man with the giant dollar sign all day!
