Pros - new construction with 10-year warranty so minimized headache as a rental, great location in terms of proximity to costco, trader joes, target, turnpike, route 1, busses, jersey ave train station, movie theater, marriott, restaurants, plans to build luxury high rise rentals in the same complexCons - extremely high taxes, worried train station project will fail or continue to be delayed, low margin in renting out unit, no amenities.Does anyone have any thoughts on whether this is a relatively low-headache/effort investment?

When I compared the COCR it doesnt seem much, for ex, its about roughly a $100 difference between buying any points down vs not buying down. so it doesnt seem worth it in my opinion and Id rather get more money back up front.

@Bruce Lynn - that makes sense, so from your experience what are the most key things to hone into to understand market with strong MTR demand - for ex, if I see a location with a huge hospital in 10 min difference away, and an area with strong population growth - how many more telling signs do you need?
