None of the kids dressed up as landlords or real estate investors!

I understand the appeal of painting some incredible picture of what you do and pick any deal to dress up as the utopian pinnacle of success; however,  anyone in this business with experience and sense knows damn well this is not considered reality. 

My aqusitions manager is licensed and gets a fair number of listing a year like that He dresses well keeps the appointment handled in a professional manner.

When the tide went out, who was and wasn't properly dressed for swimming was exposed. 

Ok so the floors in the bedrooms have some water stain , now once you put a bed in , a dressed and a couple night stands and the renter leaves some clothes on the floor , they will never notice them .  

It sounds like there will be alot of common area space in that building.I'd check utilties closely if it's anything like the schools I attended, huge hallways, kitchen and dinning areas, library, school offices, dressing areas to the gym, etc.

I know there’s some cool ways of dressing one up however haven’t had experience with that in the past.Anything helps!

The moment you have a big mouth, tons of money, and launch ads,  you are suddenly a "guru".The problem with most Gurus is that again, they take their "opinion" and dress it up as "data".

It wont stop those that know how to dress for success.  

I then took that pre approval letter with me whenever I talked to a realtor and that showed them I was serious.Another thing I did that I've heard is overlooked by some is, dress sharp & wear a tie.
