I was thinking the data would get deidentified as well (if someone searches for rents in a particular area it would just tell them 2 bedrooms withing 4 miles rent for a min max average, without revealing any actual addresses).

Except for any “buffer” which is not typical....your escrow payments don’t “hurt” your cash flow, they “reveal” your real cash flow.

I do believe the grandmother's account regarding the nail in the pipe is the actual cause for the floor replacement in the in-law suite.The original termite and moisture inspection report did not mention the additional moisture intrusion issues in the crawl space, which my inspection revealed.
