Other than google sheets or iOS excel, are there any decent spreadsheet apps so you can crunch your numbers on the go in the field?

Without selling, I want to tap into some of it for investing purposes, but I've got the good old favorite DTI hurdle that's preventing me from more easily accessing it from a conventional lender (I checked with a credit union already).

I enjoy doing it, I rent to section 8 tenants and love the kind of cash flow my units produce; I think my favorite part of self-managing is that every time I visit my properties I am reminded of how absolutely amazing my life is and how bad I could have it.
