I’m currently with a group that will be building homes in specific markets, and it would be really helpful to have a tool that can generate data and reports in Excel spreadsheets for easy analysis.I’ve heard of CloudCMA, but I wanted to get opinions on whether this would be the best fit for our needs or if there are other programs that might be better suited to the homebuilding industry.Any suggestions or comments are greatly appreciated!

You could also explore HELOANs instead of HELOCs or consider a second mortgage option if refinancing isn’t ideal.If you need lender recommendations or help finding the best option, DM me and I’ll point you in the right direction!

You find this out by talking to people, speaking with past residents, people in the industry, or mystery shopping the property.Using technology to pull in data so you don't have to manually type it in, is helpful, but other than that, I would not trust automation. 

This criteria is for 1-4 and 5-8 unit programs.
