Wrap the entire thing in visqueen, form up 6-8" outside the edge of the porch and 4 inches higher and pour a new porch around the existing....or do the vertical portion in CMU block and pour the deck on top of that.

@Neil Narayan @Danny WebberFYI I asked the company what their tolerances are and this is their response: "The standard for foundation tolerance is the rule of L/360 or approximately 1 1/4 inch of deflection for each 10 feet.

Good rule of thumb on PEX is that you can run 2-3 fixtures off a 1/2 inch line.

Hello Bigger Pockets FamilyI am nearing an Apartment income suite build.and I have already chosen my cabinets.the layout I have chosen to use requires 24 inch appliances 24 inch stove an24 inch refrigerator {normal height)18 inch dishwasherbecause of the size I cannot go to my typical scratch and dent shopso I find myself faced with AJ Madisonmy total appliance outlay would be a little over three thousandBefore i take this plunge. is there any other avenues to take of which I am not aware?

You must tear out any damage, you must treat every inch to get rid of smoke smell, and finally piping or wiring may not have burned, but it may have melted and need to be replaced.
