I'm struggling to find accurate info on pricing at different seasons of the year. 

I was asking for more information  from Blake Capital a year or so ago.

After a year has passed, the daughter was taken off the new lease so now it is just one person living in a two bedroom apartment.

I have managed properties from small multi's to large communities on and off for over 30 years.

I know if it were in the US I would explore a seller financed deal where we write a 15 year note for the property so that we essentially pay our cousins in monthly installments and take over control of the property.

hi 3 years a ago i purchased a 15 acre mixed use property in disrepaire.it consists of 55 mobile home/RV lots3 duplexes a  3 bedroom housea  2 bedroom housea storea shopa lundery matwhen i bought the property in was really really poor shape.
