I was kicking myself because I took a Saturday off to be in my friend's wedding!

It should have been part of the whole house theme prepared by the interior decorator.

My parents gave us the down payment as a wedding present.

Granted Competition is good for any business but when you have almost the same sign with almost the same theme or saying it deters the potential seller to looking elsewhere.

(LOL)My speculation: I know we have many investors with strong views concerning how they perceive their rights, it's a popular theme, that logic does not play in real estate or other areas of business.

I am moving in with my fiance following our wedding.

So i have a nice little portfolio going at the moment.My daily life consists of being a professional photographer (Weddings, Portraits and Artistic are in my portfolio but 360º virtual Real Estate is actually my big niche where I live) but I am always eager to expand on my little Central Florida experiment.Having gotten bitten by the bug my goals are to pay down/off my rental mortgages that I currently have as well as expand the number of units I own.

Finally, I have done one deal with POL and in keeping with the theme, they too paid interest out as promised.

I have a wedding coming up in August and my fiance says no more rentals until after that as she needs help with wedding planning, but we'll see if I find a good deal :)
