In our budget, we have a contingency of 2 months' worth of mortgage and utilities accounted for.We have another LTR thats been a breeze to manage for over 6 years buts its only 2 adults living in it they have really taken of the home for us...Thank you!

I suspect that 5% or so that do wholesaling full time make at least 50k with the 1% ers making multiple hundreds of thousands and I am sure there are 7 figure wholesalers as well.those that have massive marketing budgets  like 20 to 50k per month. 

I'm assuming based on my budget, that totally rules out being able to afford a single-family home?
