Unless you keep a constant wax coating on it, and no water gets beneath, then the floors are the worst.

If that doesn't work swing by Walmart and pick up a big red bow, a bucket, a sponge, and a bottle of Turtle Wax.  

Suppose, for example, that the tenant had washed the kitchen floor but that it remained dingy because of wax built up over the years.

I took a look and hired a plumber to reset it with a new wax ring and everything is ok.

VCT is so thin, you could probably lay down some luxury vinyl tile right over the top of it as long as the VCT is cleaned of any dirt, grime or wax and is secured.

Texas is a whole different ball of wax than other states when it comes to wholesaling so info from local investors is more useful at times.

They had been using candles to light the house (no electric), and there was minimal damage to a banister post where the candle had smoldered.

What I like most about it is, you don't see people blowing out someone else's candle to make their's shine brighter.          

If you burn the candle at both ends for as long as you can and establish to yourself that you can bring in as much if not more money in investing over a consistent long period of time, you won't even have to debate the move .  

For now, I enjoy the frequent visits to the family and buy scented beach candles that don't come close to comparing to the real thing.
