I personally watched our lead tester do all the testing and there wasn't a single thing fake about it. 

So I feel pretty good about saying I am financially literate, know how to model, and to find deals purchasing out of state.I’m also embarrassed to admit I was so focused on getting going that I just assumed I could track if I was doing well by watching my bank balance.

All depends who you use.Now, the other thing to watch out for is the structure of the PPP.

I know of a realtor or two who will informally watch over a client's house and at least one house-cleaner who would clean between stays, but that's about all I have.  

I watched a documentary called "the patent scam" - these poor mid-large companies are dealing with cut throat attorneys that know how to work the system causing them to pay millions in legal fees or settle.

I am entirely new to all this , watched a few videos about it with Pace Morby and Matt Theriault. 

I am very new to all these ideas and have been watching the podcasts, youtubes and reading articles as well, trying to narrow down my options.

I am here because I sat on the sidelines for a LONG time watching them take my stuff.. but things changed when Carrot decided to feature them on the podcasts and vouch for them.
