Thanks, Gail K. after hearing the CDC list Cats as probable spreaders to the 40 million people now infected with the Toxoplasmosis parasite. and knowing it can cause Schizophrenia and brain infections if left untreated just do not want someone with violent Rage Disorders living in our Apartments thinks I'll go through the motions in court to declare the Building Allergen free even if I lost a couple of months rent. then will not have to find plumbers or electricians not allergic to cats. https://www.cdc.gov/parasites/...

We only take non-violent offenders, and we screen them pretty heavely for work experience and their potential ability to find work quickly.Haven't yet heard of Catherine Rohr, so looking forward to finding out more about her program.

I will not rent to them and state on my lease application that I will not consider anyone with "criminal convictions in the last 5 years for violent acts, drugs and/or any felonies".

Wilmington does have upside but it's also a violent city (check violent crime indexes) so if you invest there make sure you know the neighborhoods and what you are getting into.

The checkr background check showed all clear but I did Googled the applicant's name and found out this applicant is felon that was convicted to 15 yrs for violent crimes.
