I want to give as much as possible because I know if will add value in my relationships and professional growth in this new venture.  

I'm going to be looking to get my realty license primarily to benefit my own investing ventures rather than actively looking to take on clients as a stream of income.

On the other hand you have the seasoned investor who has been able to completely quit their W2 job and are full-time real estate investors; these investors typically have built out a team in place and are not limited by the time they have to invest into their venture.

Searching for investors and properties in residential and multifamily sectors sounds like an exciting venture.

If your local market is too expensive, don't be afraid to venture out of state.
