What kind of houses are you trying to unload and who are you trying to sell to?

Many of the next series of tasks is predictable and efficient compared to the launch of a new house project where weather and heavy equipment schedules need coordinated.We will have enough lumber supplies delivered this week to get us through the holiday season and hopefully a framed house in another four weeks.I hired a high quality crew of framers for my duplex project.

Well, turns out the investor just wanted to unload the property fast and called me the next day to see if I wanted to buy it!  

@Pete Harper  I agree with you....there are gems, but there are plenty of junk too.Sometimes I wonder if there is a market for distressed lumber, that you could conquer with all the caved in homes.

Our teak lumber sales will be out of country to India, China or Europe.4.  

The problem is that this allows the seller to unload the property with title defects, while saddling the buyer with a title issue which is difficult to remedy, since there is no more incentive on the part of the selling bank to do what is needed to clear title.

Sierra Pacific is building a 276000 sf lumber mill, with 3,000,000,000 sf of warehouse space.

It has made me think twice about even buying a vacation home up there, as much as I love it, because it would be very difficult to sell if I ever wanted to unload it.
