There is a relatively new Austin Community College campus at that intersection and a friend of mine opened a coffee shop called Strange Brew just north of Stassney on Manchaca that has literally transformed an old worn out strip mall into a hipster/student haven in a matter of less than 2 years.

If you mean the Rustoleum "transformations" it's a decent product with a nice result.

I don't agree that most people will transform their own thinking on their own.

We charge them extra on their bill every month for an excess facility charge(you end up having to install a larger transformer) to account for the large intermittent load.

I always just use Rustoleum Cabinet transformations and paint the cabinets white.

He will find the “dog house” in a neighborhood, transform it into a “cute house,” then resell it within 6 months or less.
