Neighbors are awesome, but it's in a lower income area and there's not really a huge market for a tiny 2 br cape code that needs new windows.I am emotional about it because, again, I'm not doing this for "business", I'm just trying to pay for the house and be responsible versus foreclosing because I can't sell it.

So I see all these videos about tiny homes and it got me thinking after I saw one that was a converted bus.Is there a way you could buy a duplex rent both sides out then live in somthing like that or a rv or somthing.I mean you can buy a cheap one for like 10k it doesn't need to be able to drive just heat cool and provide electricity and toiletrysAnd I'm sure you can build everything you need in the property for not to much

Just food for thought.In addition to HML, there is private investors such as IRA holders (self-directed), people with $ in CDs earning tiny returns (compared to RE), family, friends, associates, etc.

Their biggest money makers are household appliances, and since nobody is wanting to sell their homes right now, that means nobody is moving, which means nobody is going to be buying new stuff for their house, which means GE's biggest seller is not selling like it should, which means I made a mistake.
