I am a licensed real estate agent, not some "wanna be" working out of the trunk of their car as some people perceive wholesalers to be.Real estate agents play and intricate part to investors.  

I actually got a loan on my car a while back and it was my first auto loan ever.

the 2 car garage is an adu and 1 car a junior adu and they actually only spent $106,000.00.
