Just like how I manage my rentals, I call my property management style "Self-Service Management," where I do less, and just provide the tools and resources to my tenants so they can do things on their own.Well, I've actually tested out many "business" banks (Regions, BofI/Axos, Azlo, Novo, Bluevine, Kabbage, etc.) and eventually, I found the best, for me and my style.

Plenty of styles and colors to choose from, and all of it that I've installed has held up beautifully.

One cannot compare a forum site with a seasoned investor who answers questions and teaches.

Advising or mentoring or teaching others is always nice.As someone said, there is no UHaul behind the hearse.

My next step after posting this is to reach out to a few similar hosts for the style of property I am looking to invest in and see how well they do on a personal level.

anyone who is teaching people to call banks to get loans has no clue what they are doing, there was one guru who had one student get loans from a bank and then sold it into 5 programs only to make themselves money.

You need to look at your market and look at what the comps with same style pool are getting in that market compares to those without.

You have both put an awful lot of time into trying to teach folks on this site and I, for one, really do appreciate it.  

I am looking for someone that can help teach me and be patient while I am starting out.
