Have you encountered challenges with high-interest rates in private lending? How did you handle or minimize these expenses?

I plan to purchase as many properties as I can afford and sustain with minimal down payments for the first 10 years of this business. 

Does anyone have any experience with renting to Corporate Relocation companies who provide temporary housing solutions for insurance clients who have been displaced from their homes due to claims?

In reading through these responses, some of them give great solutions and things to think about, and some of them are flabberghasting and full of false information.

As far as level of service, its improved slightly only because I am on top of everything constantly which isn't sustainable but is what is needed now.

It demanded to replace full flooring, scrape walls and repaint costing entire year worth of rent from that unit.Question: are there technical solutions inexpensive to remove cat urine instead of replacing all wood , carpet and walls?
