I would explore renting it out for a year or drop the price heavily to cut ties and sell tomorrow. 

Tying up all your cash is ok if it doesnt liquidate everything you have.

My cash is tied up atm but I'm looking to make some connections and start learning and planning now. 

During the extended period, the OO only prevails in case of a tie which in the era of net bids being submitted down to the $1 is very rare.  

Keep in mind it would be tied to someone's CC and we each would access view each others properties.

I'm considering it, but have access to lines of credit and am concerned about tying up from an opportunity cost stand-point.
