Ross, you should know that you have been given some really bad advice in this thread. delayed finance will allow you to skip the seasoning period.

Or skip the refianance part and sell if flipping is more your passion.

Otherwise use skip trace to get the contact information of the property owner and other situation of the owner.

So it turns out they admitted they cut corners, skipped the required community vote and went straight to construction.

Skipping years into a loans amortization could be a big benifit.

For financing, am I on the right track with who I've talked to already, or do I need be someone who throws leverage to the wind and simply keep a fat wad of cash for PP+Rehab costs in my bank account until it's time to use and simply skip financing all together?
