It makes you look foolish and sends the wrong signals to potential buyers who will now offer even less because you have just shown your cards.Let's look at the economics of a house sale;We have a buyer who is going to most likely get maximum leverage from a lender at an unprecedented (and absurd) 3-4% interest rate.An agent looking to make highly taxable earned income (the real loser in this whole scenario).

Long term you can be long on the US for sure, but in the short term I do not believe that a buy signal is warranted.If the RE and the stock market are both inflated to intrinsic values that is probably an indication of the public having most free cashflow to invest right now, driving up pricing.

I waffled on that for a while and went with a 3 month, auto renew m/m - - here's why:m/m is almost Motel 6, easily becomes constant relocations and imo sends the signal, this is a safe house until your life gets better.
