Curious on everyone's thoughts on this and if there are any options or is this is clear signal to RUN AWAY!!!!

It makes you look foolish and sends the wrong signals to potential buyers who will now offer even less because you have just shown your cards.Let's look at the economics of a house sale;We have a buyer who is going to most likely get maximum leverage from a lender at an unprecedented (and absurd) 3-4% interest rate.An agent looking to make highly taxable earned income (the real loser in this whole scenario). 

The problem with faxing is that when you do attempt to do this, you'll more than likely get a busy fax signal.

If you catch yourself saying "yeah, but..." then that the signal to listen to different tapes and take different actions.

Long term you can be long on the US for sure, but in the short term I do not believe that a buy signal is warranted.If the RE and the stock market are both inflated to intrinsic values that is probably an indication of the public having most free cashflow to invest right now, driving up pricing.

All these signals Bubble market everywhere, and always bubble bursts...What are early sign of burst?

I also love to go back to Europe whenever I can.I still work full time as a regional manager for a telecom company (was Signal Corps in the Army).

I waffled on that for a while and went with a 3 month, auto renew m/m - - here's why:m/m is almost Motel 6, easily becomes constant relocations and imo sends the signal, this is a safe house until your life gets better. 

But this could also be a signal that they are finally giving in and vacating.
