Currently it is a cash eating monster as we have quite a few older units that require rehab.  

We'll probably need oil for other things beyond 50-60 years like making plastics, fertilizers, electronics, transportation (not just cars but ships, planes etc. that can't be converted to electric as easily), tires, monster trucks, etc. if we run out before we have developed alternatives for everything we use oil and gas for, we'll have big problems.   

We are not robots with calculating mathematical brains - we actually have creative brains instead.

I am an evil scientist working hard to take over this planet with my robot minions!

hell yea :) LOLIf I can tell you how many "tech co" try to automate these real estate into more like "AI-Engineered robot investments" (and failed misrably), you will invest a new ChatGPT.And my office is in front of Google HQ so i know what i'm talking about, listen to James bro :)

And that can happen with 5 properties in many cases and 500 in other cases.Many of the big syndicators and go-getters I know talk about lifestyle, vacations, etc out of one side of their mouth while their huge, monster of an "automated and outsourced" business controls their lives.

Turn that in to a mighty cash flow monster when you graduate.If you are looking to put some risk elsewhere, put some money aside and give it to a financial planner.Afterwards I would turn to Buy and Hold real estate investing.

You sound stiff, robotic, ... the best "script" is where you have a man to man, monkey to man, woman to monkey, monkey to woman.. normal friendly conversation.Be you be normal, no sales pitch!
