I am currently building a team in a new city (Milwaukee) other than where I have invested in so far (Grand Rapids).

It is overwhelming to try to sift through all this and come up with a plan that doesn't tangentially moves rapidly into something other than my original focus.

I used to live in Raleigh in the early 2000's and remembered that Cary was expanding rapidly.

So market forces, if left to their own devices, will be an effective "rent control" by rapidly reducing the available pool of tenants.

Through a policy of income focused re-investment we achieved rapid growth in the lower seattle market.

There are a half-dozen cities that are appreciating rapidly in the Midwest like Columbus, O., and Indianapolis, In....Cincinnati and Cleveland are viable spots for investing as well if you like cash flow.
