Anne NHi Anne,I haven't seen any DSCR programs specific to Sober Living, however, we've closed Sober Living deals with a no-DSCR product.

We're building this inside the city limits so we are slowed down just a bit by the city inspections.

These may be the easiest because if they are new constructions or full gut rehabs, you can see what the final product value is, and what these developers are buying at.It would be a good skillset to have to actually understand renovation and build cost. 

Using this, although slow at first, will build momentum on the back end to move quickly once the momentum builds, or at least as long as I keep the rails on the tracks. 

Typically a holding company is used for large companies like walmart - who has a shipping/transportation company, a real estate arm, the arm that sells the products etc. 

A Manufacturer makes the product. 

Then they call  up asking if there's any work or know anyone with work because they are slow....

Jonathan,Unlike credit cards with "Intro Rates", HELOCs are a standard banking product. 

Although he has many products to sell, he really does have a heart of a teacher.

If all I knew about the product is what I see here, I would probably say the same.
