I put a listing together and just said I was in the process of filling the unit.

Also in the process of understanding what investors are looking for as far as a deal that makes sense.

I am in the process of studying for my licensing exam in the state of Tennessee and plan to work in the Chattanooga area upon completion of the test (which will be quite soon).

In 2021 we bought the building for $1.5M using private lenders, pushed the occupancy from 50% to 80% occupancy and it appraised for $3.125M, allowing us to pay back the private mortgage.Right now, we are in the predevelopment process of design and piecing together the capital stack for the redevelopment deal, which will be made up of historic tax credit equity, RestoreNY Grant, DRI Grant, etc.

It’d be really cool to get experience seeing how this process and these investments work. 

I've never been through this process and it's my biggest fear because it seems to be SO costly!

Hi Chad, @Denver McClure and I are working with a client on a 1035 scenario right now and it is an easy process.

Have I missed some deals during this process, of course.
