ia it worth it wholesaling mobile homes on a park ?

Move-up buyers and upwardly mobile buyers are still out there looking, while first-time buyers are being locked out and give up looking at the lowest price points. 

I started out by fixing up and carrying paper on mobiles in 2002. 

When  every tom, dick and harry thinks they can do it and jump on board it is usually a sign home prices are about to peak.Best buck return wise is probably MHCs....Mobile home communities.

Some people will not have any problem with this but there are others that may be elderly or have mobility issues where this could cause concern.We want to tell tenants as soon as possible so they can make plans, if needed. 

My backyard has been used for a family members wedding in the past, but I'm not sure about the liability of having someone I don't know that well use my back yard for their wedding.They could have a huge wedding tent set up, have the mobile bathrooms parked, and have all the caterers operating in my backyard.Has anyone tried this or have any advice as to if this is practical?

So I made more money during the crash & set me up to do syndications down the road & now buying mobile home parks & silver to prepare for next recession.

Even through the numbers worked, I'm concerned about depreciating value of the mobile home, and saving up cash for refinancing. 

And both units were vacant for over a year (though the PM in question had only been managing for roughly 5-6 months - prior to them they had a previous PM who stopped PMing multi-family properties so she could run a mobile home park instead)!
