All three are considered consumer friendly for these cartridge replacements so no rocket science to them.Glacier bay is a home depot house brand,  cheap entry level products I'd recommend staying away from, I'd avoid almost any fixtures from the big boxes is you have the ability to order from supply houses, the same Moen  fixtures from home depot often have plastic parts where the  Moen's from the supply house will have all metal.

And there must be one in the basement too.Other things I failed in the past:1)Water heater pressure relief valve must have a metal pipe going to about 3-4 inches from the floor (plastic not acceptable).

The tenants shouldn't need to enter the kitchen area at all while the rehab is going on so curtain off as much of the unit as possible with plastic and tape.

I would print this out and give it to the tenant: https://www.countryliving.com/uk/homes-interiors/interiors/news/a1511/how-get-rid-of-moths/I've never known anyone who had a moth issue in their house so I did some research and I would tell the renters to keep their food in plastic containers/the fridge and make certain there isn't any open food/crumbs in the pantry.

It does damage properties, but I don't think any more so than people who fry foods and don't clean after themselves.For the animals, I'm not sure that a comfort animal is protected by housing laws and exempt from pet fees/deposits.
