In the meantime use the search function on BP and type in lifestyles Unlimited  and I think there are some post from the past of similar questions. 

Some common names you'll see thrown around a lot: Stessa, Apartments.com, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Innago, RentManager, Avail, Rentec Direct, Doorloop, etc.I recommend you search for each of those apps online and see what they offer, how much they charge, etc.

Then search the internet and read 50 articles about syndication from various sources.  

You can create an account and search the information for free but to download or print it you have to pay for it.

You can always search local tax records on your assessor's website.

A quick google search turned up this: https://windowwellexperts.com/...You can install a legal egress window for $3,000 - $5,000.

I did a quick google search for cap rates on apts in Muncie and I got a range of 8.13% to 9.50%.
