Lenders will not finance property in a flood plain without flood insurance.  

Financials are reviewed and some have thorough bylaws but others are just plain secretive in my opinion. 

The electrician also came in and demoed all the drywall in the upstairs of the home, leaving another huge mess, which ends up costing thousands to replace.I check in with my contractor every few days after this to see if the work is getting done and he keeps telling me that the electrician isn't coming in, his crew is sick, he gets off work late, blah blah blah, Every excuse in the book to not get the job done.

I’m sick of being hosed by these guys and I expect every contractor to be wrong with their estimate.

If a containment gets in the system and the tenant gets sick forget about the money you saved it will go to legal fees. 

Plain and simple. 

He wants to turn over a new chapter because he’s sick and tired of going to jail.

They finally responded to my message and told me they planned on coming back to finish cleaning but at the same time they left because they were sick and tired of the rat issue.
