@Robert Shoffner , while they may not appear to have a need for a service animal, you are not allowed to ask WHY they need it.If it is a service or Emotional Support Animal, you are only allowed to request proof of prescription - a letter from the prescribing physician stating they did prescribe the animal for the tenant.While you can't ask why they need the animal, I am not aware of any laws restricting you from requesting that any animals be restrained or otherwise controlled while you or your workmen are in the property.

Our group has many professionals, such as physicians and dentists, that have had their income completely halted since they are unable to perform any procedures.

More importantly, Amazon is targeting the prescription drug market share of these stores, and ultimately will take a big bite out of their dominance.

The vast majority of welfare checks prove the individual is fine and it was just a miscommunication about their schedule, a dead batter, a heavy sleeper, someone knocked out on prescription meds, etc.

Asking because if she OD'd on prescription medication, then it may not be considered illegal. 

Ask them for a written statement from a physician stating this person has a disability and needs the dog to mitigate it.

Once you finish medical school and are a practicing physician, there are special doctors loans that either ignore the student loans or calculate their impact more liberally. 

Apparently there was a gentlemen's agreement back in '56, which may be enough for a prescriptive easement for the cabin itself, but I put a fence up (with her "blessing") a few feet behind which is problematic with nothing in writing.
