Its about protecting customersGet multiple estimates, multiple.FWIW as a business owner ALL aspects have to be managed and dare I say micromanaged at least until a trustworthy team is built.Run your comps really tight and underwrite conservatively.Trust but VERIFY everything.Really know your market.Flipping can be lucrative but drought with pitfalls.I wish you all the best!
