Like you mentioned, frequent crashes, problems uploading photos, weird restrictions on what words can't be used, listings removed for no obvious reason. ....and, to me, the navigation/operation is very unintuitive and cumbersome.

If an operator is not responding to you adequately - in timing or quality - prior to you wiring them $50,000, you have to ask yourself how will they respond after they already have your money?

Remington, I own properties in Athens and while the data/statistics/analytics might look great - there are many challenges with actual operations. 

Balance Sheet is a snapshot of the company's financial health at a specific point in time.Income Statement is a showing us the health on an operating POV.

This log should include:•The date of activity•The property worked on•Specific activities performedExamples of activities that typically count include approving tenants, setting lease terms, handling repairs, and other hands-on operational tasks directly related to managing the property.

If it's a layered LLC, most lenders will need to trace a warm body on the operating agreement which will involve a bit more paperwork trail.

NYC is a very tough place to use a real estate license because it doesn't operate like other markets.
